Position: Full-Time Catering Learning Support Assistant Location: Bromley Hours: 9:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday We are looking for a full-time Catering Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our SEND college in Bromley. You will be supporting students with additional needs in a catering environment, helping them develop essential life and vocational skills while ensuring a positive and inclusive learning experience. Key Responsibilities: • Provide support to students with SEND in a catering setting. • Assist students with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen safety. • Encourage the development of practical and social skills. • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in the catering environment. • Work closely with teaching staff to implement individual learning plans. Requirements: • Experience working with SEND students, particularly in a vocational or practical setting. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students’ personal and vocational growth. • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety is desirable but not essential.
