Are you passionate about supporting young learners with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing primary school in Horfield, Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
About the Role:
• Provide tailored support to primary-aged pupils with a range of SEND.
• Assist in delivering personalised learning plans and interventions to help students achieve their full potential.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working with children with SEND.
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment for all pupils.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEND support are desirable but not essential.
