Job Title: Behaviour Mentor Location: Secondary School – Trafford / Altrincham Contract: Full-time (preferred) Start Date: September Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential? We’re looking for a calm, confident and compassionate professional to join a welcoming mainstream secondary school in the Trafford/Altrincham area as a behaviour mentor. This is a rewarding full-time position ideal for someone with a background in supporting children or young people (whether in a school, youth work, care or SEND setting). About the Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll be working closely with students who may need extra support to stay on track (emotionally, socially or academically). This could include helping them regulate their behaviour, manage their emotions or rebuild confidence in the classroom. You’ll be someone they can trust and rely on throughout the school day.
