Behaviour Mentor - Newham Are you passionate about helping young people reach their full potential? Do you have experience working with challenging behaviour? Are you motivated and confident? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to work and support students at a beautiful primary in Newham. • Behaviour Mentor • £90 to £110 per day • Monday to Friday • KS1 to KS2 • ASAP Start As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who are struggling to achieve due to behavioural difficulties. You will provide targeted support to help students develop positive behaviours, build self-esteem and confidence, and achieve their academic and personal goals. Key responsibilities include: - Working with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to develop positive behaviours - Providing pastoral support to students - Monitoring and tracking student progress - Liaising with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to behaviour management - Contributing to the development of behaviour management policies and strategies The ideal candidate will have: - Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - A positive and proactive attitude - The ability to work effectively as part of a team - A relevant qualification in education, youth work, or a related field If you are looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to the lives of young people, we would love to hear from you.
