Axcis is in search of individuals with SEND experience and a calm, empathetic demeanour to join an all-age special school in St. Helens. Specifically, the school is seeking someone well-versed in supporting individuals with ASD and complex ASD needs to join their proactive team. This is a full-time position for the remainder of the 2023/2024 academic year, with the intention to continue into September 2024. While in-depth subject knowledge is not required, skills and experience in working with individuals with Autism (ASD) and/or complex needs, such as sensory processing difficulties and challenging behaviour, are highly desirable due to the complex nature of the students' needs.
