As a dedicated ASD Teaching Assistant, you will play an instrumental role in the personal growth and academic development of our children. You will: - Provide tailored support to children with ASD to enhance their learning and integration into the classroom. - Assist with the development of social skills and emotional well-being of the students through compassionate and patient interaction. - Utilize a range of innovative strategies and resources to encourage engagement and facilitate communication. - Monitor progress and collaborate with the teaching team to adapt strategies as needed. The pay for ASD Teaching Assistant starts from £95.29 minimum per day and is in-keeping with the experience of each individual candidate.
