Job Title: ASD Teacher
On behalf of our client, a SEND school in Bethnal Green, Tower Hamlets, Axcis Education require a teacher for a full- time role. Your New Role: The successful candidate for this role will work with a small class of students, all of whom have mild to severe autism. The teacher will be expected to design engaging lessons which will enable the students to improve their literacy and numeracy skills. Therefore, the successful candidate for this will need to gain an understanding of each child’s interests and learning ability, so that they can engage with the students. Previous experience using Makaton to help students to improve their communication skills is essential. Location- Bethnal Green, Tower Hamlets (E2). Start Date- ASAP Duration- Ongoing for 2024- 25 academic year.
