This role is full-time and focused on working closely with young people who display challenging behaviours. What matters most is that you bring patience, resilience, and a positive mindset every day. What you’ll be doing: • Providing dedicated 1:1 or small group support to pupils with complex needs • Working closely with the team to manage and support challenging behaviours • Helping young people engage with learning in a safe, structured environment • Building trusting relationships and encouraging positive progress What you need to bring: • Resilience and a “can-do” attitude—this role isn’t for the faint-hearted! • Experience working with challenging behaviours (care work or education) • Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure • A DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to pay for and obtain one Why join us?
