Job Title: Academic Learning Support Assistant
Full-Time | Secondary School | N2
Are you an enthusiastic and academically focused Learning Support Assistant looking for a full-time opportunity in a welcoming secondary school?
We are currently recruiting an Academic LSA to join a primary school in N2, supporting pupils with their learning and helping them make strong academic and personal progress.
The successful candidate will be confident supporting students on an individual and small-group basis, with the ability to adapt activities, reinforce learning and build positive relationships with pupils.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience working as an LSA, TA or learning support professional.
Have strong literacy and numeracy skills.
Be confident supporting pupils across the secondary curriculum.
Be patient, reliable and consistent in their approach.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to work effectively alongside teachers and other support staff.
Be proactive in identifying ways to encourage pupil engagement and progress.
This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to become a valued member of the school community.
