In this role, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to students with various SEND needs. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to implement individualized learning plans and create a supportive and engaging learning environment. Key responsibilities : - Provide tailored support to students with SEND in classroom settings. - Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs). - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills. Qualifications and Experience: - Previous experience working with children with SEND in a school or similar setting is essential. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. - Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) are desirable but not essential.
