Job Title: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
Pay: starting from £95.29 umbrella (PAYE Option Available)
Hours: 08:30-15:30
Type: Monday - Friday

Role: Teaching Assistant
One of our friendly and lovely primary schools who provide a nurturing and inclusive environment for children aged 3 to 16 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. Axcis are recruiting for someone who is committed to fostering the academic, social, and emotional growth of each child, ensuring they reach their full potential.
In this role, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to students with various SEND needs. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to implement individualized learning plans and create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Key responsibilities :
- Provide tailored support to students with SEND in classroom settings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working with children with SEND in a school or similar setting is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) are desirable but not essential.
