Job Title: **CARE WORKER FOR STUDENTS IN EDUCATIOANL SETTING**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Harrow, working with primary and secondary-aged students in an educational setting. This is a full-time position with a daily pay rate of £95.
Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with complex needs in both primary and secondary schools.
Assist with daily activities, ensuring students' well-being and safety.
Support students in their learning environment, promoting independence and personal development.
Deliver personal care when required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and external professionals to meet the individual needs of students.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker.
Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential.
A caring and patient attitude, with the ability to build positive relationships with students.
Flexibility to support students with varying needs, including personal care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
