Job Title: Wellbeing Coach - Teignbridge
Axcis Education are working with an alternative provision in the Teignbridge area, who are looking to appoint a wellbeing mentor to work with children who have trauma and complex needs. This is a full-time permanent position, working Mon-Fri between 8.30 and 16.00. You will be paid between £85-95 a day before starting a permanent contract which ranges from £16,500-£20,256, depending on previous experience. As a wellbeing coach, it is essential you have effective communication skills. You will be a fantastic listener, and must be able to empathise with children, understanding the journey they have been on. Furthermore, it is important you are resilient and have a good sense of complex needs. For this position, you must have a full UK driving license and own a vehicle. You must also have previous experience working in a SEND school, or with SEND pupils, is required. Previous experience of working with children who have trauma is highly desirable.
