The role will be supporting students with Autism and Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) Needs on a 1:1 basis so experience supporting individuals with similar needs is essential. There may also be occasions where you will be required to work as a general classroom SEND Teaching Assistant so confidence in this role will be key. The school is keen to find someone with a good understanding of SEND and who is positive, kind and proactive. Working hours for this role are between 8.30 to 3.30 and the for a SEND Teaching Assistant starts from £95.29 minimum per day and is in-keeping with the experience of each candidate which joins us.
