We are currently seeking experienced Supply Teachers for full-time, long-term roles in both mainstream and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) settings, high school and primary supporting students with challenging behaviours and SEMH. Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across various age groups and abilities. • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEND. • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth. • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the holistic development of students. • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment in line with school policies. Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. • Previous experience teaching in either mainstream or SEND settings. • Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behaviour. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the classroom. • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of different educational environments. • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
