Job Title: Experienced Teaching assistant

Position: SEND Teaching Assistant Location: SM5 Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm Pay: £90 a day Immerse yourself in a school that values diversity, creating an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for both students and staff, whilst working alongside a team of caring and experienced educators who are committed to providing the best possible learning experience for every student. Responsibilities: - Assist classroom teachers in delivering tailored lessons, and providing one-on-one support to students with diverse needs. - Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure the well-being and safety of students with medical needs, offering care and assistance as required. - Foster an environment that encourages active participation, engagement, and inclusion for all students. - Adapt to the evolving needs of students, providing flexible support to accommodate various learning styles. Qualifications: -Previous experience working with students with PMLD and medical needs is beneficial. - Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within a team-oriented environment.
