Job Title: Experienced Teaching Assistant
Experienced Teaching Assistant Location: Enfield Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm Pay rate: £95 a day Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Youth Worker / Experienced Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and contribute to their personal and educational development. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to young people facing challenges in their lives within a school setting. - Organise and facilitate activities and workshops aimed at promoting personal and social development. - Offer advice and assistance on issues such as education, employment, health, and relationships. - Work collaboratively with other team members and external partners to create a supportive environment for young people. - Assist teachers in delivering lessons and providing additional support to students in need. - Work with individuals or small groups of students to reinforce learning and address specific needs. - Help to create and adapt resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
